Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations are suggested, but not required.  We understand the daily demands of life and strive to offer a way to unwind from those daily stressors by offering drop in days.   We also offer longer, scheduled times for those that want to drift into an unbelievable deeply relaxed state of wellness or with chronic conditions.  Check our calendar and decide what works for you!

Refunds:

There are no refunds issued for any of our services or products.  However, we do offer studio credits if you have an unexpected situation come up and need to cancel or reschedule.  We are here to help you reduce your stress level!
