  •  What to Expect in a Session

    • The session room has a soft glow of Himalayan salt lamps &  calming 432Hz music playing

    • Get comfortable and relax in one of our 10 power recliners with massage/heat (blankets provided) or a sectional sofa

    • Please silence cellphones before the session

    • Shoes can be on or off—just put them beside your chair

    • Please no talking during the session as many clients fall asleep, meditate, or simply relax

    • Expect to feel re-energized, clear-minded, and deeply relaxed after the session!

    • Note: Only water is allowed in the session room

  • How long does a typical session last and how often should I come? 

    • Immediate results—feel deeply relaxed and boost your energy level—can be felt in as little as 30-60 minutes.

    • For deeper relaxation and cellular recharge, we recommend 1–2 hour sessions.

    • Chronic Conditions:  2-hour sessions are highly recommended, as well as ongoing sessions.  Please inquire about even longer sessions. 

    • Session frequency depends on your stress levels, physical state, lifestyle, and personal wellness goals.  With regular visits, you build resilience and long-term balance.  Any amount of time  contributes to your overall well-being! 

    • Think of it as recharging your inner “battery”—each session builds on the last to support lasting vitality.

    • Results are cumulative, but if you return to a high-stress lifestyle, additional sessions will help your body reduce stress and rebalance again. 

     

    • Wear something comfortable – leggings, loose clothing, or whatever helps you relax

    • Hydrate – drink plenty of water before and after your session

    • Arrive a few minutes early to choose your chair and get settled in

    • Eat something light so that you're not distracted by hunger during the session

    • No food or drink, except water, is allowed into the session room

    • Get comfortable in a recliner, relax, and enjoy the ultimate wellness experience – it is perfectly normal if you fall asleep as you become deeply relaxed!

  • What should I do after a session?

    • Drink plenty of water to help your body naturally detox

    • Relax in an Epsom salts bath, or soak your feet, to soothe muscles and help your body detox (or use magnesium chloride flakes - available for purchase at studio)  Soak for 20 minutes

    • Many clients feel deeply relaxed after a session and enjoy a restful and amazing night's sleep!

    Radiant Wave Wellness is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged personal items that belong to guests and their dependents.
